Additional Parent/Guardian Contacts
ParentSquare automatically uses the ‘Email 1’ and ‘Phone 1’ from your JMC Family account for communication. If you need to change this email or phone, please make the change in JMC Family. It may take a day or two for that change to appear in ParentSquare.
The other contacts (Email/Phone 2, 3, etc.) cannot be automatically used. However, if you wish for an additional parent/guardian to be contacted through ParentSquare (for all communications) you must add this info in JMC and then fill out the ParentSquare Additional Contact Form
The contact info you enter in the form must match one of the contacts in JMC Family (Email/Phone 2, 3, etc.) for verification.
For example, in JMC, your family account is “John and Mary Smith” with Mary’s info as Email 1 and Phone 1. John also wants to receive texts and/or emails, so you would want to fill out the form with John’s information and make sure his info is listed in JMC as Email 2 and Phone 2. We will manually make him a contact for his students in ParentSquare so he can receive messages as well as Mary.

The ParentSquare app is available in both iOS or Android app stores. Note that there is a separate app, StudentSquare, that students can use to communicate with their teachers and coaches as well.

Community Members and Extended Family Members
For community members and extended family members who would like to know if school or an athletic event has been delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather, make sure to fill out the Join Community Groups Form. Parents/Guardians who are already in ParentSquare won’t need to join the school closures group - they should already get alerts through ParentSquare for that.
